Headed by: Rat
This syndicate of middling power is based near central New Meiji. It is rapidly rising based on the increasing popularity of Amp

Hokuryu Syndicate
Headed by: Shenron
This syndicate of high power is based in northern New Meiji. Though strong before it’s rapidly on the up and up due to a stronger drug that is in direct competition with AMP.
